Background
Bridge Capital Commercial was founded on the idea that customers will benefit from the availability of more pertinent information when making costly decisions. For most of us the mortgage loan is the largest "expense" item on your income and expense statement. It is also a sizable cost item when considering your development project. From my beginning in the commercial mortgage industry starting in the lending unit of a life insurance company to this day; my company maintains correspondent relationships with all major lenders (life companies, banks, savings & loans, conduits, etc.).
In the last almost 30 years I have worked as an underwriter, senior loan officer, loan committee member, and Savings & Loan Vice President. This history allows me to analyze and size multiple loan choices for your property in a very short period of time. I’ve learned the main reason transactions fund in a timely manner is more than just knowledge and experience - it's hard work. Key is proper and accurate research, loan packaging and constant communication.
